Confidentiality commitment letter

Dear customers of Mohou,

The Mohou company (www.mohou.com, hereinafter referred to as "the Company") will obtain virtual design data (hereinafter referred to as "Customer Data") from the Customer during the provision of services (design, scanning, production, online tools) to the Customer, and the intellectual property rights and full ownership of such design data belong to the Customer. The intellectual property rights and full ownership of such design data shall belong to the Client. In order to protect the legitimate rights and interests of customers, the Company solemnly undertakes the following:

 

I. Not to disclose the Customer Data in any form to any third party who does not assume the obligation of confidentiality, unless expressly authorized by the Customer in writing.

 

II. Not to assist in any form in the use of customer data by any third party who does not assume the obligation of confidentiality.

 

III. To keep the customer data properly during the format conversion period and to delete the customer data within three days after the completion of the business, except for those that meet the conditions of the first item above

 

IV. If the above customer data is found to be leaked, the Company will take effective measures to prevent further expansion of the leak and report to the customer in a timely manner.

 

V. If the Company violates the above commitments, customers whose rights have been violated have the right to pursue the Company's responsibilities, and the Company will bear the economic losses and reputation losses caused to customers as a result.

 

VI If the Company and the customer sign another confidentiality agreement on the confidentiality of customer data, this commitment letter shall expire when the signed confidentiality agreement takes effect.
