3D printing materials - Digital ABS

Digital ABS material: stiff, tough and opaque Digital ABS material has excellent temperature resistance, toughness and strength. The material is very similar to ABS. Compared to the average strength, flexibility, durability and heat resistance of ABS materials, digital ABS materials have the same or higher values. Impact resistance is slightly below the average for ABS materials, but still within the range of all ABS materials and three times the impact resistance of Vero materials. Flatness, print accuracy, detailing and model consistency are all superior to ABS models produced by any process

Digital ABS (made from RGD515 and RGD535 in a 3D printer) combines high temperature resistance with high toughness properties designed to mimic standard ABS plastics. Digital ABS2 has engineering plastic properties and excels in stiffness and toughness in walls less than 1.2 mm (0.047 in.) thick. Both materials are suitable for parts that require PolyJet technology for high strength impact and vibration damping.

Digital ABS and Digital ABS2 are well suited to.
